Note:
1. All invoices will be sent by either email or by fax or by courier.

2. SMS credits will have to bought on Prepaid Basis.

3. Validity of Offer: This proposal is valid for a period of 90 calender     days from the date of this proposal.

4. Taxes and Other Terms and Conditions: The calculation for number of     SMS sent would be based on all SMS sending transactions issued at     the web interface, independent of the number of SMS successfully     delivered to mobile phones (SMS which can not be delivered because     of any reason including the mobile being switched off or the number     not existing will be counted and invoiced in line with the industry     norms).

5. All Payments to be made in favor of Nirmala Softex Pvt. Ltd.

6. Service Tax @ 12.36% excluded on above.
